REV. DESTAYE CRAWFORD
Reverend Destaye Crawford has been called and committed to the ministry in the Minneapolis area for over 2 decades. Her commitment to prayer and hearing from the mouth of God has bared fruit as seen in the lives changed across the Twin Cities and beyond.
Pastor Destaye was called to establish Every Tribe and Tongue Church in 2013 but was given the name for the church in 2002.
The foundational passage that she has lead with and lived by is Revelation 7:9 which reads:
"After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb..."
MARY OKONGO
Mary Okongo is our Every Tribe and Tongue White Bear Lake speaker for the Anuak people. Her services are non-English.
With powerful prayer and a fire in her stomach for her people, Mary brings Every Tribe and Tongue to life in her native tongue.
Witnessing how God can move through every tribe, tongue and nation is an amazing experience that the Anuak people have access to every Sunday.
Through prayer and dedication, Mary Okongo has also established Every Tribe & Tongue Church in Gambela, Ethiopia, driven to see her people to come to know Christ locally.
CANAAN CRAWFORD
Raised up in the church, Destaye Crawford's daughter, Canaan Crawford has stewarded her passion for God's people into the avenues of worship leading and administrative leadership.
Canaan has lead worship with Every Tribe and Tongue Church for over 10 years and is currently fostering her love of art in the Twin Cities while staying under the leadership of her local church leaders.
Canaan has supported our ministry and continues to do so behind the scenes with website, social media, and administrative support. We as a church are excited to see what God does in her life moving forward!
